Silent Lib Mod 1.17.1/1.16.5 is an additional library for playing minecraft, they are needed to run and work some mods from the author of SilentChaos512, without this file some mods will not work, and minecraft will not start.
Below I will show an approximate list of mods that require this library, but the author may release new mods and this list may be out of date, so be careful.

- Download and Install Minecraft Forge
- Download Minecraft Silent Lib Mod
- Double-click on the file downloaded from Forge to run the installer.
- Unzip the downloaded file from the mod.
- Paste the downloaded file the folder .minecraft/mods
- Run Minecraft. Enjoy.
